How to Buy From China With CNCartGo

Choose Shop for products available for UK delivery, Shopping Agent when you want us to buy from a Chinese marketplace, or Parcel Forwarding when you already bought the goods yourself. Follow the instructions for the service you choose.

Shopping Agent: two payment stages

When CNCartGo purchases goods for you, the initial payment covers the product cost, any applicable delivery within China, and the service fee shown in your order.

International shipping is paid separately. It is calculated after the warehouse confirms the parcel details, including weight and packing. A shipping cost that has not yet been quoted does not mean free shipping. Review the confirmed route quote before paying for international delivery.

Choose Shop, Buy or Delivery

• Shop: Buy listed products directly from CNCartGo merchants. Shop orders are currently available for UK delivery only. Review the product, delivery and after-sales terms before checkout.
• Buy / Shopping Agent: Request a purchase from Taobao, 1688, JD, Tmall or Weidian. Prepare the product link and exact options using the Beginner's Guide.
• Delivery / Parcel Forwarding: Use forwarding for goods you already purchased. Follow the warehouse address instructions and review the Shipping Policy before arranging domestic delivery.

Start from the service you need

Start from the CNCartGo homepage and select Shop Direct, Shopping Agent or Freight Forwarding.

For Shop orders: choose a listed item

Open the Shop and choose a product available for UK delivery. Review the options, quantity, delivery details and displayed total before checkout.

Buying-agent workflow

The following seven steps apply when CNCartGo purchases products on your behalf. Shop orders follow their displayed checkout terms. If you already bought the goods yourself, follow the Delivery instructions above instead of submitting another purchase request.

1. Submit a buying-agent order

Open Buy, paste the product URL and specify size, color, model, quantity and destination. Ask support to review branded, fragile, battery, liquid or pre-order goods.

2. Review the buying quote and fees

Check the product total, service fee, seller-to-warehouse delivery and the later international-shipping stage. Read the Service Fee page and use the Shipping Calculator for planning.

3. Pay for the purchase

Confirm the order total and currency, then use a payment method offered for your account. Keep the receipt and order number. Never send passwords, one-time codes or full card numbers to support.

4. Follow the purchase and seller updates

CNCartGo checks available details, purchases from the seller and receives eligible parcels at the China warehouse. Stock, variants and domestic tracking may change.

5. Review warehouse receiving and QC

The warehouse records the parcel and eligible items can receive visible-condition inspection and QC photos. Photos do not replace specialist authentication or safety certification. Review Warehouse Address and Prohibited Items.

6. Prepare the international parcel

Check that expected parcels have arrived, request consolidation where allowed, provide accurate recipient and customs information, and ask about reinforcement or special packing before payment.

7. Pay for international shipping and track the parcel

Use the Global Logistics Calculator for a planning estimate. After the warehouse confirms the parcel details, review the formal quote for your selected route and follow the payment instructions for your shipment. Check the dispatch and tracking updates after payment; an estimate or payment confirmation alone does not confirm carrier handover.

Final freight depends on actual or volumetric weight, dimensions, item attributes, route availability, customs and carrier rules.
