Before your seller ships
Copy the current recipient name, phone number, warehouse address and parcel reference from your account. Register each domestic tracking number so the parcel can be matched to you.

How much will shipping cost?
Your goods, destination, weight and parcel size affect the available routes. Final freight follows warehouse measurement. Ask our team about service charges, duties and taxes.
Frequently asked questions
Can you combine parcels from different sellers?+
Eligible parcels can be considered for consolidation after they arrive at the warehouse. Goods, packing needs and the selected route affect what can go together. Combining does not guarantee a lower shipping cost.
What if I don’t know the weight yet?+
You can still contact us. Share the item type, approximate quantity or a product link in WhatsApp. Your parcel is measured at the warehouse before final freight is confirmed.
Can I send batteries, liquids or large items?+
These need an item and destination check before the seller dispatches. Acceptance depends on the goods and available routes; prohibited goods are not accepted. Read the restrictions ↗
When do I pay international shipping?+
After warehouse receipt and measurement, you review the available routes and freight. Payment and warehouse processing come before international dispatch. An enquiry or estimate is not a paid shipping order.
Where do I find the warehouse receiving details?+
