Warehouse Storage Policy

About this article

Review CNCartGo's free and paid warehouse storage periods, maximum holding time and automatic destruction rules for overdue parcels.

Quick answer: how long can CNCartGo store my goods free?

All items are stored free for the first 100 days after they arrive at our warehouse and the order is marked "Received." From day 101, a storage fee of $0.10 (USD) per parcel per day applies. Items can be stored for up to 200 days in total; after 200 days, the parcel is treated as automatically destroyed and is no longer available for recovery.

Submit a shipping request through the order page before the free period ends to avoid storage fees. For the final parcel plan, use the shipping calculator or the shipping policy.

Three actions before storage fees apply

  1. Check the "Received" date and storage days shown in your order.
  2. Confirm whether the parcel is ready to ship, needs consolidation or needs another service.
  3. Request shipment through the order page before day 101.

Storage boundaries

  • Storage, handling and international shipping can be separate charges.
  • Restricted, oversized or unresolved parcels may require a separate route or additional handling.
  • The 200-day maximum is measured from the warehouse receipt date; after that, the parcel is treated as automatically destroyed.

After you submit a shipping request

A shipping request is not a dispatch confirmation. Review the order status, final recipient details, confirmed route and payment instructions. For buying-agent orders, review the payment and dispatch guidance. Contact support if shipment remains pending as a storage deadline approaches.

Domestic tracking says delivered. What if warehouse receipt is still pending?

Check the Received date and storage days displayed in your order. If the carrier shows delivery but warehouse receipt is still pending, provide support with your order reference and domestic tracking number so the parcel status can be checked.

1. Free Storage Period

All items are stored in CNCartGo's warehouse free for the first 100 days, calculated from the date the order status is marked as "Received".

2. Storage Fee

From day 101 through day 200, a storage fee of $0.10 (USD) per parcel per day applies. The fee is calculated per parcel (a parcel is a group of items packed together for shipment) and is payable on the order page.

3. How to Avoid or Pay Storage Fees

Submit a shipping request through the order page before the free period ends to avoid storage fees. If your items need to stay longer, the $0.10 USD per-parcel-per-day fee will be displayed and payable on the order page.

4. Maximum Storage and Automatically Destroyed Parcels

Items can be stored for up to 200 days from the date they are marked as received. After 200 days, the parcel is treated as automatically destroyed and is no longer available for recovery or shipment.

  • Plan shipment before day 101 to avoid storage fees.
  • Check the received date and storage deadline shown in the order page.

5. Important Notes

  1. Submit shipping requests in time to keep storage costs low.
  2. Returns, exchanges and after-sales eligibility are separate rules - see the Return Refund Policy.
  3. To avoid storage fees, regularly check order status and manage storage needs.
