Use the final international recipient details for overseas delivery. For a parcel sent within China to CNCartGo, use the warehouse details assigned to that order.

Check your details before international dispatch

• The recipient's full legal name
• The complete delivery address, including destination country, city, street and any building or unit details
• The postal code for the delivery address
• A valid mobile number, including the country code, where the recipient can be reached
• Tax or customs information, where required for the destination and selected route
• Authorized recipient details if another person will receive the parcel

Final delivery address or China warehouse address?

Your final delivery address is different from the CNCartGo warehouse address in China. For China domestic delivery, copy the current order-specific recipient name, phone number and parcel identification shown in your account. Do not substitute your overseas recipient details.

How can I correct recipient information?

Recipient information can be changed before international dispatch. After dispatch, changes depend on the carrier and may incur additional fees. Contact support immediately with your order and tracking reference if a correction is required.

What should I do if delivery has a problem?

Follow tracking updates and carrier requests for delivery arrangements or customs information. Ask support if a request or shipment status is unclear.
