Shopping Agent

Submit external marketplace product links, selected options and quantities. Confirm procurement costs, review warehouse checks, and pay the confirmed international shipping fee before dispatch. Open the shopping-agent service.

Parcel Forwarding (Delivery)

Send goods you have already bought to the China warehouse, then confirm packing, route eligibility and onward shipping charges. Read the warehouse address and forwarding instructions before sending a parcel.

Warehouse storage and consolidation

Warehouse storage rules apply to goods held at the CNCartGo warehouse, including eligible Shopping Agent and Parcel Forwarding orders. The first 100 days are free. From day 101 through day 200, storage costs USD $0.10 per parcel per day. After 200 days, the parcel is treated as automatically destroyed under the Warehouse Storage Policy. These warehouse rules do not automatically apply to Shop orders shipped directly by merchants. Review the policy and the storage information shown for your order.

Eligible parcels can be consolidated into one international shipment. The final shipping charge depends on packed weight, dimensions and the selected route; consolidation does not always reduce the charge.
