Quick answer: what does CNCartGo charge?
For CNCartGo buying-agent orders, the shopping service fee is currently tiered at 6%–15% of the product order value. International freight is separate: it is confirmed after warehouse receipt and parcel measurements, using the actual or volumetric weight applicable to the selected route, and paid before dispatch. Check the service fee and destination route before purchasing.

- Send the exact product links, variants and quantities.
- Confirm the item total and service-fee tier at first checkout. International freight is paid after the purchased goods arrive at the warehouse and the parcel details are confirmed.

- After warehouse receiving, confirm packed weight, dimensions and route eligibility. The confirmed international freight is then payable before dispatch.

No. A calculator result is for planning. The final charge depends on confirmed parcel details and the eligible route. For buying-agent orders, follow the payment and dispatch guidance, then check the order or parcel status. If goods remain in the warehouse, also review the storage period and next steps.
What if no route appears?
Check the destination and parcel inputs, then request a manual shipping review. Include the product link, variant, quantity, destination, any known packed weight and dimensions, and the calculator result. A review is needed before assuming the item can be shipped; an estimate alone does not confirm route eligibility.

II. Proxy Shopping Service Fee Details
💰 Platform Service Fee
To ensure efficient procurement and after-sales support, CNCartGo charges a service fee of 6% to 15% per order, calculated based on the total value of the goods.
The specific calculation rules are as follows:

III. Cost Breakdown
Base Order Cost = Product Cost + Service Fee + International Shipping Fee. Requested additional services, storage fees and destination duties or taxes may apply separately.
– Product Cost = Product Price + Domestic Shipping Fee (Seller → CNCartGo Warehouse)
– International Shipping Fee = Calculated after the purchased goods arrive at the warehouse, based on the applicable actual or volumetric weight, and paid before dispatch.
– Service fee (6%–15%) = Automatically calculated based on product value to cover procurement, quality inspection, warehousing, and after-sales service

Based on user needs, CNCartGo also provides the following value-added services:

V. Important Notes
1. Platform service fees will be automatically calculated at checkout and require no additional payment.
2. If a user cancels an order before goods are procured, the service fee will be fully refunded.
3. If goods have been procured or received into inventory, the service fee is non-refundable.
4. International shipping fees are paid after the purchased goods arrive at the warehouse. After the parcel is received and weighed, the final fee is calculated using the actual or volumetric weight and paid before dispatch.
5. In case of product returns or exchanges, the service fee is non-refundable; only the actual product cost will be refunded.
