Payment Policy
About this article
For CNCartGo shopping agent orders, purchase and international shipping payments are separate. Review available payment methods and charges at checkout.
Quick answer: which payment methods does CNCartGo support?
For eligible CNCartGo checkout orders, payments are processed by Stripe - cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and UnionPay) and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Alipay and WeChat Pay), plus other local methods Stripe supports for your country - or by Wallet Balance Payment. The exact method, currency, verification step and available limit are shown at checkout for the account and order. Marketplace payment routes can have separate rules, so review the overseas Taobao payment guide when buying from Taobao or 1688.
Before paying, confirm the order total, service fee and destination plan. See the service-fee guide and payment-failure troubleshooting if checkout is rejected.
Four checks before submitting payment
- Confirm the exact order, variants, quantity and currency.
- For buying-agent orders, at the first checkout review and pay the product total, seller-to-warehouse delivery charges and service fee. International shipping is paid separately after the purchased goods arrive at the CNCartGo warehouse and the parcel details, weight and dimensions are confirmed. Review the final international shipping fee and pay it before dispatch. Marketplace or direct-purchase shop orders follow their own displayed payment terms.
- Use the payment method shown for your account and complete any bank or 3-D Secure verification.
- Keep the payment receipt and order number; contact support before retrying repeatedly if the payment fails.
Payment boundaries to keep in mind
- Payment availability can vary by account, country, currency, card issuer and risk checks.
- Exchange rates, card-issuer fees or wallet rules may affect the final amount.
- Refund timing and eligibility depend on the order status and whether procurement or fulfillment has started.
- Never send passwords, one-time codes or full card numbers to support.
From warehouse arrival to international dispatch
For buying-agent orders, warehouse arrival means the goods have reached the warehouse. Before international dispatch, the shipment may still need item verification, preparation, route selection and international shipping payment.
What should I check when my goods arrive?
Review the recorded items and quantities, then check whether the formal shipping quote is ready. Ask support about any discrepancy before proceeding. Review the available routes and the quote for the measured parcel; an earlier estimate is for planning.
What if I have paid but the payment status is unclear?
Keep the order reference and payment receipt, and contact support before making another payment. Follow the confirmed payment instructions and resolve any outstanding questions about the goods, packaging or route before dispatch.
Does paying international shipping mean my parcel has shipped?
No. Payment confirmation and any required checks must be completed before dispatch. A quote, payment confirmation or prepared shipping label does not by itself confirm carrier handover. Refer to the dispatch or carrier handover update, and ask support if the shipment status is unclear.
