Quick answer: how long can CNCartGo store my goods free?
All items are stored free for the first 100 days after they arrive at our warehouse and the order is marked "Received." After the free period, a storage fee of ¥0.1 (CNY) per parcel per day applies. Items can be stored for up to 180 days in total; items not shipped or claimed within 180 days will be considered abandoned.
Submit a shipping request through the order page before the free period ends to avoid storage fees. For the final parcel plan, use the shipping calculator or the shipping policy.

- Confirm whether the parcel is ready to ship, needs consolidation or needs another service.

Storage boundaries
- Storage, handling and international shipping can be separate charges.
- Restricted, oversized or unresolved parcels may require a separate route or additional handling.
- Do not rely on a previous storage exception; follow the storage days displayed for the current order.
1. Free Storage Period
All items are stored in CNCartGo's warehouse free for the first 100 days, calculated from the date the order status is marked as "Received".
2. Storage Fee
After the 100-day free storage period, a storage fee of ¥0.1 (CNY) per parcel per day applies. Items can be stored for up to 180 days in total. The fee is calculated per parcel (a parcel is a group of items packed together for shipment) and is payable on the order page.
3. How to Avoid or Pay Storage Fees
Submit a shipping request through the order page before the free period ends to avoid storage fees. If your items need to stay longer, the storage fee will be displayed and payable on the order page.
4. Unclaimed Goods
If no shipping request is made within 180 days or storage fees remain unpaid, CNCartGo will deem the goods abandoned and cease further processing.
- CNCartGo reserves the right to periodically dispose of abandoned items.
- For items exceeding storage periods or not shipped on time, the platform may clear storage space as per regulations.
