Receipt Information

Accurate recipient information is required for international delivery.

Before shipment, confirm:

• The recipient's full legal name
• The complete delivery address
• The postal code
• A valid mobile phone number
• A tax ID or customs information, where required
• Authorized recipient details if another person will receive the parcel

Final address vs. warehouse address

This information is the buyer's final international delivery information. It is different from the CNCartGo warehouse address in China. When sending goods to the CNCartGo warehouse, always use the order-specific recipient name, phone number, and parcel identification code shown in your account.

Changing recipient information

Recipient information can be changed before international dispatch. After the parcel has been dispatched, changes depend on the carrier and may incur additional fees. Contact Support immediately if a correction is required.
