To ensure efficient procurement and after-sales support, CNCartGo charges a service fee of 6% to 15% per order, calculated based on the total value of the goods.
The specific calculation rules are as follows:

5. In case of product returns or exchanges, the service fee is non-refundable; only the actual product cost will be refunded.
