禁運物品說明
Quick Answer: What items cannot be shipped?
CNCartGo cannot accept prohibited goods such as weapons, narcotics, counterfeit goods, hazardous materials, live animals, and other items barred by carrier or customs rules. Batteries, liquids, powders, food, medicines and some branded goods may be restricted rather than automatically accepted. The exact destination and route review decides whether an item can move.
How to check an item before ordering
- Send the exact product link and destination. Include the variant, quantity, photos and any battery, ingredient or material details.
- Classify the risk. CNCartGo checks whether the item is prohibited, restricted, or eligible for a normal route.
- Confirm documents and route. Some products need an MSDS, UN38.3 report, ingredient list, extra packaging or a special carrier channel.
- Order and dispatch only after approval. Wait for the confirmed quote and route before paying international shipping or asking the warehouse to dispatch.

If an item is restricted
- Do not assume that a marketplace seller can export the product or that another buyer route will work for you.
- Send the product URL, specifications, destination and quantity through Contact Us for a manual check.
- Use the Special Goods Shipping Guide for examples of items that may be reviewable.
- Only the confirmed carrier route and destination rules determine final acceptance. A general list is not a shipping guarantee.
Cost, timing, and compliance boundaries
Restricted-item reviews can add inspection, documentation, packaging or handling time and cost. The shipping calculator is for planning only; the confirmed quote depends on billable weight, dimensions, destination, route availability and the product classification. Customs duties, taxes or carrier surcharges may be separate.
Rules change by country, carrier and transport mode. This page is general operational guidance, not a legal determination. When rules conflict, the stricter carrier, customs or destination requirement applies.
Prohibited and restricted items FAQ
Can CNCartGo ship a power bank, laptop or spare battery?
Some battery-powered products may be reviewable, but battery-only shipments and high-capacity batteries are often limited. Send the exact capacity, model and destination before ordering.
Are cosmetics, perfume, powders or food allowed?
Some low-risk items may have a compliant route, while flammable, leaking, perishable, unlabeled or ingredient-sensitive products may need special handling or be refused. Confirm first.
What happens if an item is rejected after it reaches the warehouse?
The item may need return, disposal, a different approved route or additional documentation. Contact support promptly; do not request dispatch until the new route and cost are confirmed.
