How to report a non-compliant product
If you believe a product listed or sourced through CNCartGo is non-compliant, counterfeit, infringing, or otherwise prohibited, please report it to us. Every report is reviewed and appropriate action is taken in line with our policies.
What to include in your report
- Product link (URL) or order number
- Merchant / shop name
- Issue type: counterfeit or infringing / prohibited item / misleading listing / other
- Description of the issue
- Supporting evidence (photos, screenshots or documents)
- Your contact email
How to submit
Send your report with the details above to [email protected] with the subject line "Non-Compliant Product Report". Our team reviews reports and responds within 5 business days.
If the report concerns your own order, also review Buyer Protection and the After-Sales Policy for the applicable request steps and evidence requirements. Include the order reference when contacting support about a return or refund.
