How to Buy From China With CNCartGo

Compare Shop, Shopping Agent and Parcel Forwarding first. The purchase-to-warehouse walkthrough below applies to Shopping Agent orders; merchant-direct Shop purchases and self-purchased forwarding parcels follow their own routes.

Choose the right service

• Shop: buy listed products in the merchant marketplace. Currently available for UK delivery only, with free delivery directly from the merchant.
• Shopping Agent: paste a Taobao, 1688, JD, Tmall or Weidian link.
• Freight Forwarding: send goods you already purchased to our China warehouse.

Shopping Agent: from purchase to international dispatch

The following steps apply to Shopping Agent purchases. For Shop, use the product and checkout terms; for goods you already bought, use Parcel Forwarding and the warehouse instructions.

1. Choose Shopping Agent

Start from the CNCartGo homepage and select Shopping Agent when you need CNCartGo to purchase an eligible item on your behalf.

2. Find the item

Open the Shopping Agent selections or search by keyword. Review the title, variant, quantity, destination and displayed cost before checkout.

3. Submit a Shopping Agent order

Open Buy, paste the product URL and specify size, color, model, quantity and destination. Ask support to review branded, fragile, battery, liquid or pre-order goods.

4. Review price and fees

Check the product total, service fee, seller-to-warehouse delivery and the later international-shipping stage. Read the Service Fee page and use the Shipping Calculator for planning.

5. Pay the purchase stage

Confirm the order total and currency, then use a payment method offered for your account. Keep the receipt and order number. Never send passwords, one-time codes or full card numbers to support.

6. Purchase and seller communication

CNCartGo checks available details, purchases from the seller and receives eligible parcels at the China warehouse. Stock, variants and domestic tracking may change.

7. Warehouse receiving and QC

The warehouse records the parcel and eligible items can receive visible-condition inspection and QC photos. Photos do not replace specialist authentication or safety certification. Review Warehouse Address and Prohibited Items.

8. Combine eligible packages before international shipping

Check that expected parcels have arrived, request consolidation where allowed, provide accurate recipient and customs information, and ask about reinforcement or special packing before payment.

9. Calculate, pay and track shipping

Open the Global Logistics Calculator, enter destination and parcel details, compare available routes, pay the international-shipping stage and follow tracking updates.

Final freight depends on actual or volumetric weight, dimensions, item attributes, route availability, customs and carrier rules.

Warehouse address and sending goods you already bought

If your order is Freight Forwarding rather than a fresh purchase, the seller ships directly to the CNCartGo warehouse in Guangzhou. Give the seller the full warehouse address and, in the shipping note, your CNCartGo account name plus the parcel or order reference. A label without a reference is the most common reason a parcel sits unrecognised in receiving.

Copy the current recipient name, telephone, China warehouse address and parcel reference from your authenticated account or order instructions. Use the Warehouse Address guide to understand the process; do not send goods to a public company contact address. Tell support when several sellers will deliver so the parcels can be matched to your account.

The first 100 days of storage are free. From day 101, storage costs USD 0.10 per parcel per day. Parcels may be stored for a maximum total of 200 days and are automatically destroyed after 200 days.

Common mistakes with Shopping Agent orders

• Sending a screenshot instead of a link. The buying agent needs the full product URL to open the right listing and the right variant.
• Missing required product options. Provide the selected size, color and model with your product link. Confirm every required option before purchase.
• Approving consolidation too early. Check that every expected parcel is listed as received before the parcel is packed and sealed.
• Overlooking separate international freight. The service fee is 6–15% of the item value; international freight is quoted separately once the packed parcel is finalised.
• Assuming the order is tax-free. Check the destination customs authority and current carrier requirements before purchasing. Duties, VAT/GST and clearance charges may apply.
• Sharing payment secrets. Never send passwords, one-time codes or full card numbers to support - pay only through the methods shown in your account.

Shopping Agent pre-payment checklist

Run through this list before you confirm payment, at either stage of an order:

• Product link, variant, quantity and destination country are correct in the order form.
• You have the price breakdown: item total, service fee of 6–15% of the item value, seller-to-warehouse delivery inside China, and the international shipping stage that follows.
• You are paying with a supported method - Stripe, a bank card or Wallet Balance. CNCartGo does not support PayPal.
• You know how long the last leg normally takes: express 5–10 business days, postal 10–25 business days, economy 20–35 business days.
• You have planned the storage window: the first 100 days are free, followed by USD 0.10 per parcel per day from day 101. The maximum total storage period is 200 days, after which parcels are automatically destroyed.
• Restricted goods - batteries, liquids, powders, food and branded items - have been checked with support before purchase rather than after.

Can CNCartGo buy from Taobao and 1688?

Yes. Use Shopping Agent and submit the complete product link, selected options, quantity and destination country.

How much does shipping from China cost?

It depends on destination, actual or volumetric weight, dimensions, item category and available route. Use the calculator for a planning estimate and wait for the confirmed quote.

Can every product be shipped internationally?
