- Direct buying: Order from the seller yourself. Confirm you can complete payment and understand who handles delivery, returns and communication.
- Parcel forwarding: Buy independently and send parcels to a forwarding warehouse. Confirm its receiving address, parcel identification requirements and handling rules before purchasing.
Five things to check before ordering
- Checkout fees: Separate the product price, service fee and other displayed charges. Ask what remains payable later; the initial checkout total may not be the final delivered cost.
- QC scope: Ask what photos will show and when you can review them. Photos help inspect visible condition and selected specifications. They do not by themselves prove authenticity or that every function works.
- Storage: Check when the clock starts, the free period, daily charges and final deadline.
- Changes and returns: Ask what happens if a seller sends a different variant or you request a return. Conditions depend on the seller and order stage.

CNCartGo warehouse storage policy
The first 100 days are free, starting from the warehouse's registered arrival date. From day 101 through day 200, storage costs US$0.10 per parcel per day. The maximum storage period is 200 days. After 200 days, a parcel is treated as abandoned and disposed of or destroyed. Plan your next step before the deadline and read the storage policy.
