- Review the payment methods shown for that order. If PayPal is not displayed, do not treat a separate PayPal link as an equivalent checkout option; confirm unclear instructions with Taobao support.
- Check the order total, currency, delivery details and merchant before authorizing a payment.
- After paying, compare the order status with your payment receipt. Resolve a pending or completed charge before retrying or creating a second order for the same goods.

Can you use PayPal for a CNCartGo order?
The current CNCartGo Payment Policy does not name PayPal as a supported method. Review that policy and the methods displayed for your account and order at /en/buy/ before paying. Another agent's payment options do not establish CNCartGo availability.
If you choose a separate CNCartGo buying-agent order, submit the product link, exact variant, quantity and destination for review. Confirm the accepted quote and payment stages before authorizing procurement. International shipping is a separate stage after warehouse arrival and parcel confirmation; review the confirmed shipping quote before dispatch.
Which order should a refund request refer to?
Match any payment or refund request to the merchant that received the money and the order it paid for. Keep the product details, agreed terms, receipt and order reference together. A Taobao order, an off-platform seller payment and an agent order can have different refund procedures; one receipt should not be assumed to resolve all three.
If a payment provider offers a claim process for the actual transaction, check its applicable terms and deadlines. A payment logo, warehouse photos or a separate service order does not by itself guarantee a refund or protection eligibility.
What if you expected to pay with PayPal?
Confirm the available route before committing to the purchase. Do not follow an unverified wallet-linking or balance-conversion workaround. If checkout offers no method you can use, ask the platform or service to clarify the options, or pause the order. Clear any existing payment first so that a new checkout does not create a duplicate purchase.
