On JD.com, settle the voltage and plug question before you pay. Many listings are Chinese domestic models rated 220V with a Chinese plug, and some brands also sell export or international versions under separate listings; the model number, not the product photo, is the reliable signal. If the version is unclear, have the seller or an agent confirm it while the parcel can still be checked in the warehouse.

Voltage, frequency and plug on JD.com appliances
