How to Purchase Products Through CnCartGo ?
There are two ways to purchase products on CnCartGo:
- Purchase directly from the "Home" page
Simply browse the Insights or videos on the "Home" page, select the item you want, and proceed to checkout to complete your purchase. - Using the search bar at the top of the "Home" page
To use the search bar at the top of the "Home" page, you need to copy and paste the product link to complete your purchase. This feature supports Taobao, 1688, and Weidian. To use other platforms, please go to "Sourcing" (DIY Orders);
Step 1: Select Products
Method 1: Buy Directly on the "Home"
Please browse products in Insights or videos on the "Home" page. Add items to your cart and complete the checkout process to finalize your purchase.
Method 2: Search via the "Home" link or use image recognition to make a purchase
- Find the item you want to buy on Taobao, 1688, or Weidian. Copy the link and paste the product URL into the search bar.
- Enter the product name in the CnCartGo search bar, then choose from the recommended products on Taobao, 1688, and Weidian. Alternatively, use the image search feature.
Step 2: Purchase Products
- CnCartGo supports retrieving information for most products from Taobao, 1688, and Weidian. You can directly select the product's color, size, and quantity, then click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now."
Step 3: Product Payment
Submit your purchase order, select a payment method, and pay for the product price plus shipping to mainland China.
Note:
- For orders placed through our shopping service, international shipping costs will not be displayed before payment. Please rest assured that we will provide you with the final price based on the actual weight and shipping method before we ship your order.
- Supports multi-currency payments in foreign currencies and RMB.
- Payment methods include: PayPal, Stripe, and account balance (PayPal also supports international credit cards if linked to your account). Stripe also supports Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay, but these require activation within Stripe first).
- Enter your shipping country and any purchase notes. If you require value-added services, select the corresponding options. Review your order details carefully before submitting.
Step 4: CnCartGo Shopping Service
Procurement will contact the seller on your behalf to place an order for the goods.
Note:
- During the order procurement process, you can contact customer service via the "Work Order System" or WhatsApp to provide additional details or make requests. – If necessary, the procurement team will contact you via internal messages or email to clarify or confirm relevant information.
Step 5: CnCartGo Inspection and Warehousing
Receive and inspect goods, weigh and store them. After storage, the items will appear under "My Orders".
This status indicates that procurement has not yet begun.
This status indicates that the purchase has been completed and is awaiting receipt into inventory.
Note:
- Upon receiving and storing goods, CnCartGo's designated warehouse conducts rigorous professional inspections and takes actual product photos for your review. Any issues discovered are promptly reported to you with assistance provided for resolution.
- CnCartGo's designated warehouse offers 30 days of free storage.
How to Submit a Package on CnCartGo
Step 6: Submit Your Package
In the "Warehouse" section, you can check the arrival status of your products, which is divided into the following two situations:
- If you have purchased a single item, it will be packaged and displayed in the warehouse as soon as it arrives.
- If you have purchased two or more items, but only some of the items have arrived at the warehouse, only the items that have arrived will be shown in the warehouse. The remaining items will not be displayed.
In summary, the product status shown in the warehouse depends on the actual arrival of the items.
You can view the items you've received in the warehouse and view photos of the received items by clicking "Browse Images."
Note:
- Some items are subject to shipping restrictions and may not be available via all logistics routes. We've filtered out the available delivery options for you to choose from.
- We offer services such as unpackaging, reinforcement, and insurance. These will be performed according to your requirements if needed.
- If you have any questions, please contact our customer service promptly.
Step 7: Pay International Shipping Fees
Select your address in My Parcels, choose a shipping method that suits you, and then proceed to checkout.(If you have placed multiple orders, please pay for each order separately. Thank you for your support.)
Step 8: CnCartGo ships
Select the corresponding shipping method or our recommended option, choose the international shipping address, then pay the shipping fee to complete the shipment.
Final Delivery Confirmation
We will update the delivery status of your package based on the latest logistics information so you can track it. You can view this information under "My Parcels" in "My Account" or in the "My Orders" section.

Our sourcing service is powered by an AI chatbot. Please provide a product link or product details.
Step 2: Follow the steps provided by the AI bot

- Step 2: Enter product specifications and details
- Step 3: Click "Confirm & Submit"
- Step 4: Provide your contact information, and you're all set.
You can then view your order details under "My Orders"
For Sourcing orders, please wait for our quote notification after the items have been received into our warehouse.
Delivery Order
Step 1: Fill in Package Information
Please provide the shipping carrier, tracking number, product name or product link, category of goods, quantity, price, and product attributes to facilitate our review.
You can click "Add Package" to add more packages.
Step 2: Wait for Inspection and Warehouse Receipt
After agreeing to the policy and adding the item to your cart, wait for the product to be shipped to the warehouse for inspection.
Once the inspection and warehouse receipt have been processed, please select your preferred shipping method and international shipping address. We will send you a quote. After you make the payment, we will ship the goods.
